HEALTHY EATING

06.png
At Casa Suaya, gastronomy is an act of care and connection—both with the Earth and with those who cultivate, prepare, and receive the food.

Although our menus are still being developed, every preparation highlights fire and earth. We have wood-fired ovens, the tullpa, a large barbecue for big roasts, and for special events, the Pachamanca—a traditional earth-cooking ritual where food is placed on hot stones and covered with leaves, carried out with gratitude to the elements that make it possible, honoring the memory and wisdom of our peoples.

Our cooking spaces are designed to accompany gatherings and retreats, creating an environment where meals become a shared moment of learning and care.

Planned Services:

Meal preparation using local and seasonal ingredients.
Use of wood-fired ovens, tullpa, large barbecue area, and Pachamanca for large events.

Logistical support for groups and facilitators during gatherings.
Dining spaces and communal areas to share and enjoy meals.

Each gastronomic experience contributes to the sustainability of the space, supports the families who share their knowledge, and goes to the common fund for workshops aimed at families from the rural communities of La Esperanza.
