Gastronomy at Casa Suaya – La Esperanza
At Casa Suaya, gastronomy is an act of care and connection – with the land, with those who grow the food, and with those who receive it. Each dish combines tradition, flavor, and nutrition, enhancing the experience of rest, learning, and community gathering.
Our menus are cooked with fire and earth, using wood-fired ovens, the tullpa, and grills to prepare each dish with patience and dedication. The flavors reflect the richness of local products and traditional recipes, bringing guests closer to Andean culture and fostering care for the land.
